FREE COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic

             Norridge, Illinois
 
Norridge Park District has partnered with local school districts to host a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on January 20. The clinic will offer Pfizer, Moderna and John & Johnson vaccines, including boosters.

Limited doses per time slot.  If the vaccine brand is not available at the time you selected, please try another time slot. For information on the COVID-19 vaccine, and the various brands, visit IDPH's website for more information here.
 
The second dose of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccine will be given February 17. You will receive a registration link for your second dose after January 20.
